The terms and conditions outlined below govern your use of the website. By using the website you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any of these terms, we politely ask you to refrain from using this website.

Pricing ~ The prices on our website are in £ (pounds sterling) and do not include VAT (Value added tax). The postal prices are disclosed as you add items to your cart. All prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice.

Online ordering ~ Please ensure that all the information given by you at the time of ordering is correct and up to date, this includes your postal address. The information that you provide must relate to you, the buyer and not a third party. When you have completed your order and payment, please note that this does not mean that your order has been fully accepted by us, Tangled Hedge Rose. We reserve the right to cancel any order and process a refund in full without prior notice.

Postage ~ 
Standard Rate ~ £4.50 via Tracked Royal Mail.

Turnaround Time ~  Tangled Hedge Rose is a small independent business. Due to this, please allow up to 10 days for your order to be dispatched. We will of course endeavour to send your order as soon as possible.

Overseas Shipping ~ We regret due to Brexit and new regulations regards sending cosmetics aboard from UK, we are currently unable to ship overseas at this moment in time.

Custom Charges ~ The buyer is responsible for any additional fees, taxes or charges that may be incurred in the own country. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure items are legal and allowable in their country and no refunds will be given for items confiscated by customs.

Payment Methods ~  Payment is due upon purchase We accept payment via Stripe & PayPal.

Terms of Service ~ By purchasing the item, you agree that you are of legal age, 18 and over and agree not to misuse or use items in an unsafe manner. Upon purchase the purchaser is liable for any damage, injury or losses that may come to themselves or others or the property of themselves or others and it signifies your acceptance of this statement and releases Tangled Hedge Rose and its affiliates from all liability.

Returns ~ All sales are final due to the handmade nature of each item. Please message me if there are any problems with your order. 

Nut Allergies ~ I use various nut based oils/butters in my soap so in the interest of safety, my items are not suitable for those with a nut allergy.
